This 2-week virtual series will help you on the path to finding the perfect home and is ideal for anyone interested in buying a home, but not sure where to start. Presented by The Washington Trust Company
Participants will gain practical skills to take control of their money—learning how to understand personal finances, repair and build credit, and create a realistic spending plan. They’ll explore smart ways to use technology to stay on track, compare the costs and benefits of buying versus renting, and get a clear overview of mortgages, including their types and how to qualify. The course also demystifies the closing process and offers tips to protect their home after purchase.
