About Us

Current projects

New Construction

Building is underway at our 7-home development in Hopkinton! We have divided the project into two phases and are currently working on the first three units in partnership with the construction department at Chariho Technical Academy.

The first three units have approved homebuyers currently in the program completing their required sweat equity hours. We plan to open homeownership applications for the remaining four units in the spring.

Rehabilitated Homes

We have several homes currently being renovated for new homebuyers in North Kingstown and Westerly.

We are seeking applicants for a duplex unit in Westerly
