Critical Home Repair Program
Do you own a home in need of critical repairs or accessibility modifications?
South County Habitat for Humanity is expanding our mission to include Critical Home Repairs for low-income homeowners 65+ or those in need of accessibility modifications. Eligible projects will be funded through grants and no-interest loans. Critical repairs are those that pose health, safety, or accessibility issues.
You may qualify for assistance if:
1.
You own your own home
2.
Your home is located in Washington County, Rhode Island
3.
You have current homeowners insurance
4.
You or someone living with you is 65+ or in need of accessibility modifications
5.
You have not received assistance from South County Habitat in the past 3 years
